Terms of service

1. The service

EA Cargo transports parcels from China (our warehouse) to Ghana (pickup point in Accra) and Cameroon (pickup points in Douala and Yaoundé). Each parcel receives a tracking number sent to the client by WhatsApp at registration.

2. Delivery times

Indicative times are 45 to 75 days for sea freight; air freight is faster (times communicated at shipping). These times run from the reception of the parcel in our warehouse in China and may vary depending on transport and customs conditions.

3. Prices and payment

The amount to pay is communicated to the client when the parcel is registered and shown on the tracking page. Payment is made when the parcel is picked up, unless otherwise agreed in advance.

4. Parcel pickup

Parcels that have arrived are to be picked up at our pickup points (Accra, Douala or Yaoundé), upon presentation of the tracking number. An unclaimed parcel remains available at the agency; beyond an extended period without pickup, storage fees may apply.

5. Prohibited goods

The client agrees not to ship goods prohibited by Chinese, Ghanaian or Cameroonian regulations (dangerous products, counterfeits, illegal items). EA Cargo reserves the right to refuse any non-compliant parcel.

6. Liability

Each parcel is handled with care and tracked end to end. In the event of loss or damage attributable to our service, compensation is assessed case by case; additional insurance may be offered for valuable goods. Remember to request it before shipping.

7. Personal data

The information collected (name, phone, email) is used only for parcel tracking and notifications. It is neither sold nor shared with third parties.
